Who repairs the Cyclone Rake while under warranty?

The Cyclone Rake is designed so that all parts are easily replaced by anyone who has ordinary hand tools. Each Cyclone Rake is covered under a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 2 or 3 years from the date of delivery for residential use, or 6 months for commercial use. This covers you against any defects in materials and workmanship. Collison damage and normal wear/age damage are not covered under the warranty.

Internal engine repairs are handled under warranty by any Briggs & Stratton® dealer, of which there are more than 16,000 in the U.S.A. Briggs & Stratton® engines are very unlikely to malfunction as long as you perform the required maintenance. We recommend tuning up your engine after the first five hours of use, and then at least once a year after that. We do sell Engine Maintenance Kits that you can purchase on our website. Those kits will come with an air filter, oil, spark plug, spark plug wrench, fuel treatment/stabilizer, funnel, and a Cyclone Rake shop towel.
